Cristiano Ronaldo to appear in court to face tax evasion allegations

After months of uncertainty, Cristiano Ronaldo will arrive in court on Monday to begin his trial for tax evasion.

The Real Madrid star has been accused of defrauding Spanish tax authorities out of €14.7 million (£13m/$16.4m) in earnings from image rights.
